Tomato

Ginger

1 1/2 table spoon/30g (finely chopped)

Garlic

1 1/2 table spoon/30g (finely chopped)

Green chili

7-8 (coarsely chopped)

Yogurt (whipped)

1/2 cup

Green coriander

1/2 cup (chopped)

Lemon juice

2-3 table spoon

Oil/ Ghee /Butter

1-1 1/2 cup / 175g-250g

Steps of Cooking

1)

In boiling water add 2-3 table spoon vinegar, 1 tea spoon garlic paste, kidney, chops, heart and brain. Blench for 5 minutes, then remove and strain the water. Chop them into small cubes.

In a wok or pan add chops, heart, kidney, chopped ginger garlic, Mehran Kat-a-Kat Masala and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Now add oil/ ghee/ butter, onion, tomatoes, yogurt, green chilies, green coriander and brain. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, when oil separates then remove.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with green chili, green coriander and squeeze lemon juice. Serve with Nan or chapatti. Serve for 5-6 persons.
