Onion

1 1/2 table spoon (finely chopped)

Tomatoes (medium)

5-6 / 325 - 400g (in small cubes)

Garlic paste

1 1/2 table spoon

Ginger paste

1 table spoon

Ginger (julienne)

1 1/2 table spoon

Green chilies

7 -8

Lemon juice

1 table spoon (optional)

Oil/ Ghee

1 - 1 1/2 cup / 175 - 250g

Mehran Karahi Gosht Masala

Heat half cup of oil/ghee, fry onion till it turns light golden. Then add meat, ginger paste, garlic paste and Mehran Karahi Gosht Masala with 1 cup of water. Cover and cook till meat becomes tender (For Beef / Mutton add 3-4 cups of water).

In another pan heat the remaining oil/ghee, fry the tomatoes until they become soft. When oil separates, add tomatoes in meat, green chilies and ginger julienne. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and remove.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with Green coriander and Ginger julienne. Serve with Nan, Chapatti and Fresh salad. Serve For 6-8 persons.

Preparation time:

50 minutes for Chicken, 1-2 hrs for Beef / Mutton.
