Chicken (Bone less)

750g-1kg (small cubes)

Onion (small)

1 (finely chopped)

Tomato (medium)

2 (peeled and finely chopped)

Ginger (paste)

1 table spoon/ 20g

Ginger julienne

1-1 1/2 table spoon

Yogurt (whipped)

1/2 cup

Green chili

2-3 (cut lengthwise)

Green coriander

1-2 table spoon (chopped)

Milk

1/4 cup

Butter (melted)

2 table spoons

Oil / Ghee

1/2 - 3/4 cup

Vinegar

1 table spoon

Mehran Chicken Ginger Masala

1 packet

1)Marinate chicken with Mehran Chicken Ginger Masala, yogurt, ginger paste and vinegar. Mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

Heat oil fry onion till it turns transparent, add tomato and fry well. Now add chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat till meat becomes tender.

Now add milk and cook for a minute. Then add ginger julienne, green chili and butter cook further for a minute and remove.

Cooking Suggestion:

Garnish with green chili, green coriander and ginger julienne. Serve with Plain boiled rice, Nan and Chapatti. To enhance taste add 1 table spoon lemon juice. Serve for 6-8 persons.
