Beef /Mutton/ Chicken

1 1/2 - 2 kg (thin/broad/long strips/fillet)

Onions (medium)

2 (ground)

Fried onion

1/2 cup (crushed)

Garlic paste

1 1/2 table spoon/ 30g

Ginger paste

2 table spoon/ 40g

Raw papaya paste (with skin)

1 cup / 200g

Yogurt

3/4 cup/ 150g

Oil/ Ghee

1/2 cup (melted)

Mehran Bihari Kabab Masala

In meat strips/ fillet add papaya paste, yogurt, fried onion , raw ground onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, Mehran Bihari Kabab Masala and 2 table spoon oil/ ghee. Mix well and marinate for 4-5 hours.

Now thread the meat strips /fillet on skewer. Grill on gas fire, coal or griller on low heat, brush oil/ghee on all the sides and rotate the skewers to grill evenly, until meat becomes tender and turns light brown.

Cooking Suggestion:

Serve with Chapatti, Paratha, Raita, Onion rings and Chutney. Serve for 6-7 persons.
